Quick way to learn Spoken Spanish

What is the quick way to learn Spoken Spanish ?. I don't know whether to spend lot of time in learning grammer. If the requirement is to develop capability to speak Spanish, what is the best way in quick time frame ?

you need to make friends with native speakers. My friend spoke no spanish at all and with in only 4weeks of vacation in mexico, he got around just fine. could order food, ask directions, small conversation etc... thats the way to go if you can do it

Find a patient native speaker and have conversations every day in spanish. Intuitive speaking takes you leaps and bounds.
