Looks like a spelling mistake it should be sirve, no sirve para nada means it is no good for anything, no use at all, another example of the verb servir to serve: sirve para escribir,¿Qué es? es una pluma. You use it to write, what is it' it is a pen.So sirve is the third person or thing conjugation of the verb servir indicative tense.

A problem with this system that dosen't work at all (for anything).

And as the others have mentioned, the spelling is "sirve."

Also, I noticed that when some spanish speaking people write, they misspell words because they spell it how it sounds so, this person must pronounce the word more like silve (instead of sirve) so, she spelled it with an "L".

The verb is servir, que no sirve para nada, I hear that L too from lots of native speakers.
