I need to know how to say "Me llamo Rebecca" in Spanish. Not llamar- the conjugated version.

If you get stuck on conjugations, something I'm finding really helpful is the dictionary entry for verbs. If you scroll down the page a bit you should find all the conjugations there (most of which still make little sense to me... but I'm getting there!).

Yes, and under "More" you can go directly to Conjugations. Where you'll have a blast trying to remember all those irregular verbs in the pluperfect subjunctive tense. (Just kidding!) - 0057ed01, Jan 8, 2010

Welcome to the Forum. Fine suggestion and no doubt a good resource. But the dictionary here does the same for just about any Spanish word you can think of. - 0057ed01, Jan 8, 2010

Go to Dictionary at top. Enter llama. Look up to see a button that looks like a speaker. Click on it to hear the pronunciation.

Which is sort of like "yah-mah." (And me is "may.")

Do the same with llamo. Which is "Yah-moe," both words accented on the 1st syllable. - 0057ed01, Jan 8, 2010
