What is a correct translation for "talk therapy"?

Speech therapy is translated into Terapia del Habla, but what would be "talk therapy"? Terapia de conversación?

You can find a list of different schools of therapy here from wiki.es. Unfortunately I don´t see "talk therapy", and the wiki in English redirects "talk therapy" to "psychotherapy".

According to this thread on WordReference.com, talk therapy is simply "psicoterapia". (On the other hand, "Terapia de conversación" does get about 400,000 hits on google, so it must mean something.)
