what is the Spanish equivalent of "open-door" to mean free access to authority such as an "open-door policy" in the workplace?
What is the Spanish equivalent for the adjective phrase "open-door" to describe free or uninterrupted access to authority such as an "open-door policy" in the workplace or in an academic setting? Thank you.

Believe it or not, this can be found in the SpanishDict.com dictionary (I actually doubted that it would be there!).
The entry says:
- política (f) permisiva or de puertas abiertas
Just in case you are not familiar with the dictionary or Spanish in general, the entry is saying that you can choose between....
- política permisiva (permissive policy)
- política de puertas abiertas (literally: policy of open doors)
But, I don't know how common these expressions are. You could also opt to communicate the idea behind the expression in other ways:
Los miembros de administración aquí quieren ser muy accesible. Entonces, puedes hablar consigo como quieras o necesitas.
The members of management here want to be very accessible. So, you may speak with them as you want or need.
