It should be pointed out that the pretérito anterior is rarely used in spoken Spanish and if you wanted to say "I had spoken to her about this matter." you would say "La había hablado a ella sobre este asunto."

You need to explain what you mean by "el pretérito perfecto"

El pretérito perfecto simple.

La hablé a ella sobre este asunto.

I spoke to her about this matter.

El pretérito perfecto compuesto.

La he hablado a ella sobre este asunto.

I have spoken to her about this matter.

the Past Perfect (pretérito perfecto translated word for word) or the Preterite Past...actually the pretérito anterior. (often confused with the other two tenses due to poor translations of tense titles)

La hube hablado a ella sobre este asunto.

I had spoken to her about this matter.

You need to clarify what tense you mean by " el pretérito perfecto" as it is ambiguous.
