A doggie t-shirt had written on it 'Chiquita caliente'. What does it mean?

But it is a dog sweater. I am thinking of a feisty dachsund for some reason. Which by the way in my native tongue is a snack dog.

Hmmm, I'd go with pequeño y suave (which I think is how they say it) instead of chiquita caliente. chiquita caliente reminds me of a hot dog ._. big surprise In my opinion pequeño y suave would fit a bit better tongue wink

I have to agree with the "hot dog' thing. :) - Yeser007, Jan 4, 2010

"Dee914" is correct, 'Chiquita caliente' means "Hot little chick." or since it is a dog "Hot little one/dog." may be closer.

Little hot mama! (jejeje)
Just teasing...though I can imagine a tiny teacup doggie wearing 'your quote' on a pink doggie t-shirt (with a matching rhinestone collar, of course) and polished nails!
"Chiquita caliente"...too cute!
But ONLY on a doggie t-shirt! grin
