How do you say 12th and so on in Spanish?. Thanks

12th - duodécimo 13th - decimotercero 14th - decimocuarto 15th - decimoquinto . . . 20th - vigésimo 21th - vigésimo primero . . . 30th - trigésimo 40th - cuadragésimo 50th – quincuagésimo 60th – sexagésimo 70th – septuagésimo 80th – octogésimo 90th – nonagésimo 100th - centésimo

Hi Harry

Here´s a link that I think will help. Note, however, the first line. In Spanish seldom used above 10. Not too sure about this statement but I do know the Spanish stop using them above a certain number.

My reaction is that I'd much prefer writing them rather than saying them. What huge mouth-fulls they are!

(Does Spanish use the abbreviations like those used in English?)

Creo que decimos el 12 de Mayo , Hasta el 10th me lo sé que es Décimo pero despues decimos solo el numero . Si alguien sabe la respuesta por favor post it.

Muchas gracias, ya que estoy dando ayudando a unas chicas en Londres con los GCSE y no me acuerdo como se dice. Estoy perdiendo mi Español, que verguenza.

You can enter each, one at a time, into the Dictionary, or you could type all of them, separated with commas, and paste them into Translation.

But I'm sure some good person here will post a list, sooner or later.

I hope so, because you've just asked a question for which I also need an answer!
