Dormiste bien?

Amaneciste bien? (which means did you wake up well? I threw it in there because that is what is commonly said)

Or the question, como dormiste/amaneciste?

I also use "¿Amaneciste bien?" and is it very common. Another one I have heard -- and seen in my reading (as he mentioned above) is: ¿Cómo amaneció (amaneciste)? for: "How are you this morning?"

In English, the adverb "well" should be used to modify the verb "sleep": "Did you sleep well?" While technically incorrect, either "Did you sleep well?" or "Did you sleep good?" will be understood.
