Are the days and months capitalized?
I noticed in one of the lessons that you noted that a country is capitalized (i.e., España), while the language or nationality is not (i.e., peruana). I've noticed in the translation module that the months and days are sometimes translated without capitalization (i.e., December is translated into diciembre and Thursday into jueves). Is their a general rule?

The days and the months in Spanish are treated as regular nouns therefore they aren't capitalized.
And countries are capitalized but nationalities aren't.
