Need to know how to say 'we are on a gluten-free, dairy-free, soya-free diet'!

Hello, we are heading to Lanzarote on holiday. We have food allergies and I need to be able to say in Spanish in restaurants that
'we need food that is gluten-free, dairy-free, and soya-free'.
Would appreciate any help. Many thanks.

Seguimos un régimen/una dieta que no contiene el gluten, la leche, y la soja. A little more elaborate I know.
