From the song El Duele, the lyric is

"Lyrics to El Duelo : OOoooooh! Ah Ah!

Con una lagrima de fe sobre tu piel olvide la grieta que dejo tu amor pero ese instinto taurino de tu ser me obligo a azotarte, tiernamente"

The phrase "pero ese instinto taurino de tu ser" doesn't make sense to me. Any ideas?

"taurino" means of/relating to bulls (and, usually more specifically, bullfighting). Perhaps "your bullish instincts" (with songs/poetry it's often hard to tell). Another possibility would be the a reference to whatever are supposed to be the characteristics of someone whose birth sign is Taurus.

Well, given the reference to azotar (to whip or lash) I would guess that bullfighting is what´s intended with taurino.

Also, instinto has some meanings that aren´t really covered by "instinct" in English , such as "natural tendency, the power determining the will of brutes or beasts".

All in all, I would say the writer is invoking the passion of bullfighting...
