Translations of common household objects.
There seem to be many different translations of common household objects depending on where you are in the world. We learn from Spanishdict.com that the Spanish word for bedroom is "dormitorio." However, mi cuñada de Mexico says that "dorimtorio" is only used to mean a college dorm room. The more common word for bedroom in Mexico is "recámara". What are some other translations of common household objects and in what country/region would they be used? Here's a few. Feel free to add more!
bedroom; toilet; kitchen sink; bathroom sink; faucet; refrigerator; counter (kitchen); cabinet (kitchen or bathroom); vanity; TV

Shower = una ducha (Spain)
Shower = una regadera (México, Latin America)
Foco is light bulb in Mexico (And perhaps Peru and the Andes?) While it is bombillo in Central America and Columbia and it is bombilla in Spain.
I'm not 100% sure on this, I hope someone can correct me if I am not. I mean a standard light bulb that you would put in a lamp or household lights.
