Literally, "I am unleashed." or something like that. Not sure of the context, but could also mean falling apart, coming undone, breaking free, coming unglued, or unleashing the wild thang within, coming out or not holding back. The nuance of meaning would depend on the context and/or circumstances.

I think that this is what she means: She might be saying that for some reason or another, she is not as polite as usual- might be argumentative and just arguing for the sake of it. In other words, she let loose her inner child.
