I'm sorry! I promise I'll do better. I really love the kindness, care, and love you give to me, and I promise I'll show these things to you! It's too early to cut it off. Why can't you just give love a chance?

Anyway, to translate your question: Porque no aprecias mi bondad, cuidado, y amor, no mereces estar conmigo. Te dejo. I'm not a hundred percent sure on the translation of I'm leaving you.

No mereces estar conmigo porque no aprecias mi bondad, cariño y amor. Te dejo. In the "leaving you" part we use presente de indicativo, I think is more apropriate.

it's probably late, but i would probably say:

no estás agradecido/a pa' nada de la atención, (el) cariño, ni (el) amor que te doy, pues tu no mereces estar conmigo. yo te dejo.

i think translating effectively between the two languages (probably ANY two languages) is more appropriate when done more literally and less directly... i've always encountered confusion when trying to make my english into spanish, or vice versa.

Desde que tu no agradeces mi bondad, amor y cariño, no mereces estar conmigo, te voy a dejar.
