Leí un libro de Paulo Coelho, "A orillas del rìo Piedra me senté y lloré", pero no me gustaba, porque fue demasiado sentimental para mi.

Leí "Retrato en sepia" de Isabel Allende y me gustaba mucho.

I read one book by Paulo Coelho, "By the River Piedra I Sat Down and Wept", but I didn't like it, because it was too sentimental for me.

I read "Portrait in Sepia" by Isabel Allende and I liked it a lot.

I feel the same way about Coelho. I recently read Allende's "Inéz of My Soul" and thought it was outstanding. - LaBurra, Dec 28, 2009

What book by Valadez would you recommend to someone who has never read him before? - LaBurra, Dec 30, 2009

Those are very good authors smile I have read a story by each of them. My favorite is Anna María Matute. I have read her short story called La rama seca It is a sad little story, but so good!!

What have you read by these artists that you like??
