How do I use **parecer** with plurals?

Question

"Parece cansado," I might say to one person.

But suppose I'm talking to more than one.

Would it be "Pareceís cansados?"

Or, should I use some other verb altogether?

"Parecéis cansados." would certainly work in Spain where people use the vosotros form. I speak a more Latin American Spanish and I would say "Parecen cansados [ustedes]." Still the phrase sounds slightly awkward and it might be more appropriate to simply ask, "Estáis cansados?" or "Están cansados?"
