"mamacita" means "mommy" and is applied to attractrive women in the form of a cat call or can be used as a term of endearment for a girlfriend or wife, but I'm more familiar with it being used as a cat call.
I can't even guess what was meant by "Gaus" but "papi" means "daddy" and can be used somewhat similarly to "mamacita", but culturally it is strange to give men catcalls. It would be more commonly used as a pet name for a boyfriend/partner.
