de veras = really
It's an expression. It means "really"
It comes from the word, "Verdad" (truth). "Deveras" means, "It's true."

If it was in question form, ("¿De veras?") as a response to a statement,
"Really?" or "Are you serious?"
Could it be something about a person seeing something?
My guess would be it's either
de vieras
de verás
de verías
or some mispelled form of ver.
What's the context?
