What type of bugs? Computer bugs? Insect bugs?

Unsolved means that something has not been figured out.

Unresolved means that something has not been finalized.

I think they have different meanings but they can be synonyms in some cases.

Unsolved = sin resolver, en el misterio, sin explicación, sin respuesta

Unresolved = incompleto, inconcluso, no terminado, pendiente, indeterminado
