My translation add-on for Firefox (Babelfish, which I love) says it means "hut".

To anyone using Firefox: with the add-on, you can double-click a word and get a translation write on a "tool-tip" without opening any windows or tabs or anything. It does whole paragraphs too, and in any language to or from English. :D - lisa13, Dec 20, 2009
