How do I translate the words 2nd and 4th. For example the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month?

These are ordinal numbers. la segunda chica en línea..., el cuarto lunes de...
Don't be surprised if you sometimes see cardinal numbers used in place of ordinal numbers in Spanish where we would use ordinal numbers in English.
el dos de septiembre el cuatro de deciembre
(especially with larger ordinal number)

So there is no abbreviation in spanish for second and fourth as shown in my example?

It depends on the gender of the following noun. e.g. primero, 1º, primera, 1ª; segundo, 2º, segunda, 2ª - SlowFoxtrot, Dec 19, 2009
