"bajado su escoba"

I recently heard the phrase "bajado su escoba" used as a humorous reference about someone rude. I have a feeling it is slang meaning something to the effect of "you fell off your broom" or "you dropped your broom". Am I even close to the right answer?

It might also be making reference to someone who is "stressed" or overworked? - vpeterson, Dec 19, 2009

I think it means put down your broom and don't be such a witch.

I think, it might mean: set your goal lower; don´t set a too high goal for yourself
