Suggetions for Children's Stories
For school, I need to give a presentation, in which I memorize a children's story, and use props to help illustrate the story. Many of my friends are doing stories like nursery rhymes, the three little pigs, or goldilocks and the three bears. I want to be more unique, so I would like to tell a typical Spanish children's story. Since I did not begin Spanish until junior high age, I don't know any children's stories that are famous or well-known in Spanish culture.
If you have any ideas, please let me know. Also, know that my speech must be 5 - 10 minutes long, so I need a long story. Please don't copy an entire story, as I would consider that cheating and I want to be able to do this on my own. I simply want ideas for stories.
Thanks for the help.

I don't follow your question that well. Are you going to make up your own story or re-tell a classic story in your own words? Here is a link to some one (sometimes two) page Christmas stories in Spanish that might server as a model for your story. If I can find it, I had a link to those fairy stories, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack Thumb, Ali Baba etc., but also some others that weren't as well known. If you are going to create your own story, though, you could just as well start from English language stories for models.
We had a very nice link to actual classic short stories posted in a link here today, but to tell you the truth I don't think you could re-tell one of those in 5 or 10 minutes.
