Although this question is old I would like to answer since it became "hot" a few minutes ago.

• "T'estimo una mica." is Catalan for 'I love you a little (bit)'. In Spanish it would be "Te quiero un poco". Here the complete conjugation table of estimar.

The verb is "estimar (Catalan)" and Catalan grammar inherited apostrophes from its neighbor language: french. That's why "Te estimo" becomes "T'estimo".

It's a Catalan sentence. T'estimu (with the U at the end) means I love you. And "una mica" means a little. So the the sentence means I love you a little.

"mica" might correspond to "miga" in Spanish, or "crumb" in English. I don´t know if that would be positive or negative though. In Spanish you can say "me importa un comino" (a cumin seed), which is the same as "I couldn´t care less" in English. Better find someone who speaks Catalan!
