How do you say "country club", as in the place rich people play tenis and dink mojitos.

Generaly club the campo is not used that name is strictly an English term . The most used is a combination such as:
Club social y deportivo
Other clubs are ethnic such as
Asociación Gallega o Sociedad Italiana
Other like some soccer clubs started as athletic organizations
Club Atletico San Lorenzo
All of the above have excellent facilities from swimming and tennis to even equestrian facilities the majority have no golf courses
