haha.. oops. I should have said that I´m actually from Australia living in Spain trying to write comments for Spanish parents. I thought it would be easier to ask about it in Spanish but my question obviously wasn´t clear enough. Thankyou for your quick response - I´ll be able to use rough translations of what you wrote.

Hi Owing. Welcome to the forum! How imaginative do you want to be?

For good students, I have seen

hard-working, studious, well-behaved, participates in class, always hands assignments in on time, thoughtful, always has an interesting contribution

A really good student might be

outstanding, excellent, at the top of the class

well-rounded means a student who does well in all areas

For students who have various troubles easily distractable, has a lot of energy, needs to focus on her own work, sometimes distracts her classmates, needs to learn to control her temper, works better individually, needs more work on fundamentals

Most teachers try to focus on positive characteristics or how the student can improve.

Hope this helps!
