Reputation at 90

Question

If your reputation is at 90 does your question have to get voted on or can you vote on other peoples and get points. If you can vote on other peoples and get points my file won't let me get the points from voting. Please help, Soccerlover54

Here's how you can get reputation:

1) Other people can vote on your question, giving you 10 rep

2) Someone can "accept" your answer to their question as the best, giving you 20 rep

3) You can vote on other people's questions or answers and get 1 rep each time. However, you can only get 10 rep a day doing this.
