Are We Doing People's Homework?

Alferraro brought up a very good point.

I the words of Alferraro:

Am I the only one who feels that some time I am doing the homework of some people who need it for school?

I do not mind acting as editor and giving suggestions, but I feel it is a good practice to know how to do research, analyze the material and come up with the most correct answer.

So the whole point here would be to tell people to try it for themselves before they ask for the answer. I have seen a number of very, very simple questions asked recently that could have been answered by simply searching google.

Are Alferraro and I the only ones who feel this way or are there others?
