"yo quiero comer tú alma"

Question

My friend likes to say "yo quiero comer tú alma" but she says it like "Yo kero comer tú alma." My Spanish teacher told her to say it like "Yo key-ero comer tú alma" but she still says it wrong. how do i get her to say it right? (BTW "yo quiero comer tú alma" means "I want to eat your soul)

Try to get her to look at this site below. You select the language, type in the word and select "say it". You can also keep repeating the word.

Hit her on the head with the Spanish textbook and say KEY-ero!! whenever she mispronounces quiero.

Heck, do it even when she's not speaking Spanish

Well if your Spanish is failing to get her to say it correctly I doubt whether you will have any more success. Key ero sounds a very good indicator to me.
