¿Entender o comprender?

Palabras como “entender” y “comprender”… ¿hay alguna diferencia?

Is there a difference between the two words?

As far as i kno, they are basically the same. It's just like in english how multiple words mean the same thing-- like does it make sense, do you get it, do you understand. Depending on where you are, the different dialects might use them differently. For example, in spain, one might be more popular to use than the other, and it could be totally opposite it Colombia, or anywhere else. No matter where you are, people should know what you are talking about though.

Entender = Understand

Comprender = Comprehend

But they are both used interchangeably.
