Admin. attention required please - still no Word of the Day e-mail

Question

I still don't receive by e-mail the Word of the Day. Several weeks ago I re-entered my e-mail address only to be told I was already listed. I then went to "Contact us" and sent a message, I received an auto response that my query was being attended to and still nothing.

Any suggestions please?

I had problems with it too. For now, you can do like I did and set My Yahoo as a homepage with SD's Word of the Day as some of the content. - lisa13, DIC 14, 2009

No doubt about that....also it no longer shows up on the side of the site. At least I can count on Isabella to somehow get it and update the site.

If it does´nt show up go to Translation box you should find it there, or on Twitter or E-mail symbol plus examples. I just liked receiving it my daily e-mail - caza, DIC 16, 2009

I assume you:

-Checked your spam box.

-Whitelisted emails from spanishdict.com to always allow.

You have two possible ways of doing it either the whole address "[e-mail]" or just @spanishdict.com

To make sure you have no miss spellings the above have been copied from the e-mail for the daily word I received. I suggest you copy and past both to you white list...
