if i am going to mix medication you have to put air in bottle to take the amount out that you need. Example she needs to add 19ml of air then place into medication bottle and push air in then remove 19ml of medication.

What you are trying to say is very technical!

There are books about Spanish written specifically with nurses and other medical professions in mind, such as this one:

If you go to amazon and type in "spanish medical", you will find several. Perhaps they could help.

I understand the concept as you are compensating for pressure in a vacuum but hesitate to say I could describe it in Spanish.
