It is ¿Dónde fuiste? with the accent over the o in the interrogative dónde.

I guess google is translating "did" as "hiciste", the past tense of the verb "do". But in this sentence, "did" is simply a helping verb, and shouldn't be translated directly. Bad Google!!!! :
