"In which/where"

Hey everyone, can you help me with a little translation here? I need to translate some sentences that are very similar to this: "I want a job in which(or where) I talk to many people."

Can someone please translate that one sentence for me? I don't think donde would be used for where in that situation, so I just wanted to ask. Thanks

Yes, you are right on that "donde" would sound strange there.

Probably "en el cual" would also sound a little strange.

It's impossible to know where you are going with this sentence without any context, but if you are doing a job application, you would probably say "I'm looking for a job that would give me the opportunity to talk to many people." That would be: "Busco un empleo que me dé la oportunidad de hablar con mucha gente."

On the other hand, if you are writing some sort of an essay for a class about your ideal job, you would say "Quiero un empleo que me dé la oportunidad de hablar con mucha gente."

I hope this helps. If it doesn't, thanks for reading it anyway!
