If el jugo is en espanol for juice or the juice, then would it be proper to say "Bebo el jugo" for "I drink juice or I drink the juice"?

Pamcakes, the verb doesn't determine whether it's proper to use a definite or indefinite article. The article is introducing the noun, so to speak ....

for example;

el perro - definite article, 'the dog' un perro - indefinite article, 'a dog'

You can read about definite articleshere.

Yes, if you use the definite article you are insinuating a specific juice rather than juice in general.

Good question! I don´t know for sure, but I think "Bebo jugo" would mean "I drink juice" (in general), while "bebo el jugo" means "I drink the juice" as in the one that is in front of me right now.

Hopefully someone with more knowlege will comment...
