how does one say "saute pan"?
1 Answer
sauté pan (it's French so it kept its accent mark in English.)
Looking at several recipes for sautéing vegetables they all say put them in a "cacerola" so I'm guessing that is a sauté pan. Other site I looked at show what I would call a pot being a "cacerola". Better wait for a Spanish cook.
Our translator uses sartén (frying pan) which is what I would call it.
