I don't know which verb to use for caught in your second sentence...capturado? atrapado?

WR suggests sorprender (it's more like being caught by surprise by the rain)...
Me gusta ser sorprendido por la lluvia. (maybe)
or Me gusta que la lluvia me sorprenda. (??)
