I would take this to mean something like:
One of the most important strikers/scorers for this F.C. Barcelona team
I suppose that more literally, the use of "faceta anotadora" is being used to say that he "fills the niche as a scorer (he's very important in this facet of the game - i.e as a scorer)" on this Barça team.
