Only great minds can read this. Apparently only 55 people out of 100 can. This is weird, but interesting!

I forgot, everyone on SpanishDict is smart so there wasn't much point to this!! - 00f2b5a1, Dec 7, 2009
This is from 2003 and there is no difinitive study on it, and most certainly not one that says only 55/100 can read it. http://www.snopes.com/language/apocryph/cambridge.asp - Lasairfiona, Dec 7, 2009

It's a good job Heidi can't see this. You know very well that she insists on correct spelling and capitalisation at ALL times, hehe.

Funny, I've seen this on two other message boards in the last few days.

It's old by the way. Like 50 years old.

Of the 45% that can't read that, I suspect that half couldn't read it even if it were written in standard English. Official claims for literacy in the U.S. are about 95-98% but I often suspect that that includes those that can only read at 2nd-3rd grade level and that if the standard were 12th grade level, the literacy rate would be more like 60%.

I've seen this before, also in Spanish. I don't think it's difficult at all. Almost everybody can read it. You don't need to have a great mind.
