How to say a command or a request?

Would you tell me how to say a command.
for example: Take your bag, please.
I don't know what form should the verb "take" be.

You could also use agarrar- to grab. Agarra la bolsa, por favor. Or agarre la bolsa, por favor. This of course depends on if you are trying to use a formal or an informal command.
