Neither is spelled correctly.

Veíais is the 2nd person, plural (vosotros) imperfect tense, indicative mood of the verb Ver.

Veías is the 2nd person singular (tú) imperfect tense, indicative mood of the verb Ver.

You'(plural) used to see.

You (singular) used to see

I agree that it is often hard to see those diacritical marks over the "i", el-amor-de....especially, because an "i" already has something similar to that mark - the dot,

In some fonts it is easier to see the accent mark than in others but I always need my glasses:--)

I think the key is learning where the mark must be placed and then you don't have to see it anymore, you can just know that it is there.

Of course you still have to "write" the mark where it belongs or the word is considered misspelled !!

Do you know the rules?
