Yes, you can.
"Ten" would be the informal command. For example, "¡Ten cuidado!" (be careful!).
"Tenga" would be the formal command. For example, "¡Tenga cuidado!" (be careful!).

Also as a formal command you could say "tenga cuidado" or "tenga un buen fin de semana."
