I am doing a project on a country of my choice, I chose Venezuela. I need to give advice to someone who is opening a business in Venezuela. I am wondering if anyone has an idea as to a good type of business to open in Venezuela.

How about a real estate agency that sells beautiful beach-front properties to retiring/vacationing couples from the U.S.?

Wow, I just read an article about Buenos Aires the other day in a magazine at the barbershop. Unfortunately I can't remember if it was "People" ot "Time" but it focused on just that, foriegners moving there and opening a new business. Apparently the city [the largest Spanish speaking city in South America] is perfect for just about any new idea out there so good luck with your project.
