What does the word belorio translate to in English

A velorio is a service when you stay up all night with the body of a dead person. Hence it is a "wake".

I was curious too, as to what kind of wake, but I found it spelled velatorio.

That's what I thought, Evelio. Wrong spelling. Should be with a V.

In Spain the same.

The word "belorio" does not exist.
