A lot of verbs are easily identifiable by their unique endings, especially if they are in infinitive form, where they end in -ar, -er, or -ir. Other endings can be looked up, but some of those usually unique to verbs are:

-ndo, -en, -aste, -aba_, -s ... and many more which you learn to recognize upon memorizing the verb endings when learning tenses.

At basic levels when learning spanish, verbs are almost always near the subjects such as "yo" "tu" "uds." "ellos" "el" "ella" and "nosotros"

Verbs generally describe the action or state of the subject. In your sentence, tiene (have) is the verb describing the action of your subject, usted (you). What days of the week do you have classes?

Well the verb in this sentence is "tienen" (from the infinitive, "tener" = "to have). How you can generally tell is by asking yourself what exactly is occurring. For example, if your sentence is ¿Qué días de la semana tien usted clases? you can ask what action is occurring, and the answer is that "having" is occurring. So the verb is "tener".
