The quastion is : when do i have to say "me voy a" .... and when it will be only "voy a" ?So what is the difference between ir and irse?

Moe wrote a whole Reference article on ir vs. irse.

Basically, the article explains that:

"Ir" always requires a destination. "Ir" focuses on the destination. A starting location is purely optional.

"Irse" implies leaving a starting location. "Irse" focuses on the starting point. A destination is purely optional.
