Best way to tell your grade on a test?

I was trying to find some kind of sentence to say when I am telling what grade I made on a project or something. Anyone have suggestions? I was trying to say something like, "I made a 100."

That depends on the grading system of the country were you are going to say it. In Argentina, by example, the grades are from 0 to 10. So there, you would say: "me saqué un diez en la prueba (el examen)", You could say "me saqué la nota máxima", with no number reference.
