No, no, si es usado! o uno es "dynamic" o uno puede ser "static"

como un objeto, un objeto "static" no mueve.

En Inglés yo elegiría a decir que una persona tiene una manera o de la personalidad que es, fixed, even, steady o consistent, pero no static In English I would choose to say that a person has a manner or personality that is fixed, even, steady, or constant but not static
