If these are commands, then you lack proper punctuation.

Luis, hablas con tu hermana.

Sofía, di la verdad.

Were you told whether to use the informal or formal command form? It looks like you are doing informal affirmative commands. Several of the irregular ones are incorrect.

Pepe, ven...

María, ve...

Susana, pon...

Juan, haz...

Pedro, ten...

Marco, juega...

Enrique, cierra...

You need to study the irregular informal, singular commands (tú) and the stem changing ones.

Is my grammar correct?

I don't understand the question.

Pepe viene al museo esta tarde con nosotros.

As written this is a declarative statement, not a command.

Pepe is coming to the museum this afternoon with us.

If you want to make a command, it must be:

Pepe, ven al museo esta tarde con nosotros.

Pepe, come to the museum this afternoon with us.

Luis hablas con tu hermana.

This statement is incorrect if it is a declarative sentence. It would have to be:

Luis habla con tu hermana. (hablas is "you are speaking/talking"; not imperative)

Luis is talking with his sister.

To be a command, it must be:

Luis, habla con tu hermana. (Luis, you speak with your sister)

Am I confusing you? I might need to know more concerning exactly what the lesson instructions were.
